What's BeeU?

In a nutshell it's a way to get all the advantages of being employed while remaining independant.

You do not have to spend any precious time on admin and legal constraints and hence can focus on what you do best. No need for you to look into salaries, bills management, subscribing to work insurances, etc. Just BeeU and we'll solve the rest.
You no more have the constraint of working for a minimal number of customers to be independant. With us, you can be a freelancer from one customer onwards!
Manage your time however you and your customers see fit.
In legal terms, you are an employee and hence get all the benefits of being one. For instance you'll be subscribed to the old age insurance (AHV) and the 2nd pillar of the pension scheme. This will let you benefit from an old age pension like any other employee.
Like any other employee you will also contribute to the unemployment insurance and hence will be able to use it in-between two mandates.
As you contribute to the AHV should you become unable to work it will support you.
You are insured against accidents at work and privately.
You are insured against sick leaves for 30 days.
You do not have to think about VAT, visas, family allowances, etc. BeeU looks into all of that for you. Think about the time savings this will yield!
While you work with us for your customers you'll get a payslip. In Switzerland this proves to be instrumental when looking for a flat, opening bank accounts, subscribing to mortgages and leasings, etc.

BeeU will setup a contract between 3 parties

The freelancer becoming an employee (you!)
The company/companies you work for as a consultant
BeeU SA, the umbrella company (us!) that will manage and shield the legal and admin tasks between the two other parties.

You can have a fixed term or open ended contract with the company. The actual duration will depend on your work with them.
You will sign a contract with BeeU SA and hence BeeU SA will invoice the company/companies you work with and grant you the corresponding salary.
You will benefit from all our group advantages we negotiated for you such as on insurances and pension. Hence you will end up paying less than you would do as an independant or freelancer.
